As part of no-confidence motion, Rahul Gandhi gave speech for around 25 minutes. It's new start for him, where he give so long speech. He worked hard on his speech and that reflect in yesterday speech. He should need to work on the content on the speech.

2. Crime against SC/ST-
Crime against Dalit has started from beginning of era of Independence. Why is required a special category for them. They are also Indian. Till that we keep the special category for them, there will be no solution. Around 10% of crime against SC/ST increased compare to UPA government on which Modi government need to work. But this is not that only in Modi government crime happened against SC/ST. Before this same was happening. Instead of creating issue for political benefit, Rahul should come up with the solution to overcome this problem.

Loan Waiver is not the solution of farmer issue. It's nothing more than a new way of corruption. Congress government waived off the loan of farmers in 2009, that's nothing much than corruption.

3. Black Money-
From Demonetization, I don't know how Rahul figure out that common man is got effected badly.
As per congress government in 2001 a person who earn more than 60 rs. is not a poor man. then how a poor man have 500 and 1000 notes. I am not able to understand.
Middle class family also does not have more than 1 Lakh rs. in Cash. That they can submit in bank and can do the payment through the electronic transaction.
I don't know, why a educated Rahul Gandhi behaving like uneducated people. This change the people to practice to do transaction in cash. Now people not hesitate to do digital transaction. Also now increase the medium of digital transaction.
Paytm, Bhim, Tez, Mobile banking. These are one-click banking made easy instead of one option of card swiping. Also it help to reducing the charges of transaction charges to zero compare to Debit/Credit card swipe charge.
People who not want to publish their money, now they afraid from government action.They need to gave commission to poor people to covert their money from old to new. And still it's a black money and they stopped to spend that money in public or they have started to give the taxes.
4. Rafel Deal-
No One know the price of Rafel Deal. There is no discussion between Macron and Rahul Gandhi on the price of Fighter Plane. This clause taken place in 2008 from UPA government.
Second question- If deal is finalize in 2008, why fighter plane not delivered in next 6 years. And every product increased in 10 years. That also he need to understand.
It's also a next generation fighter plane compare to the previous agreement.
5. GST
GST (Goods and Services Tax) is most important act required to implement in India. Congress was not able to make consent between all state and now blaming BJP for that.
One tax slab is Childish demand. This is not a practical scenario. We cannot keep the same tax rate on both necessity items and luxuries items. It will increase the price of basic items and provide benefit to rich people. Don't know who suggest this things to Rahul Gandhi..
We cannot sit on work to make it 100% perfect. We need to start implementing anything and by time we can improve that which is happening currently.
Rahul should accept the mistakes happened in last 60 years in congress regime. If he blaming Modi government, he should also give his vision that how he will correct and what they did for that in their past governments.
